Located right off of I-10 this is the perfect place to arrive to after a long travel day. Sites and roads are all concrete and easy to navigate. FHU with tons of pull-thrus. Pool was cold but it was also January so as to be expected. Playground was great for the kiddos.

Clean, beautiful RV Park with lots of amenities. It was quiet, family-friendly, and had excellent customer service. Terri at the front desk waited for us so we could check in and was super helpful with crabbing tips. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

The RV park is behind the motel. Check-in at the motel office was courteous and friendly. There was some confusion after we set up. Another RVer showed up and said we were in their site. He wasn’t happy that we wouldn’t move but it wasn’t our mistake. The person that checked us in accidentally put us in the wrong site. Oh well. Mostly long term but their sites are neat and tidy. The interior roads and sites are concrete which is great. They could be a bit wider and longer. We had to park the toad in extra parking as it wouldn’t fit in the site. There was also a picnic table on a concrete pad. Out pull thru site was mostly level – it was just a bit low in the back. There is decent spacing between sites but no privacy. The water spigot is insulated, and the sewer is in a recessed concrete space which is nice. They are very specific about how the sewer hose is placed – it is not allowed on the grass. They also pick up trash at your site in the morning which is always appreciated. WiFi works really well … when it works. You get dropped a lot. Satellite shouldn’t be a problem. There are many startling, loud, souped up pickup trucks inside and outside the park. A huge Citgo plant is a couple miles away, and it seems many workers live here. Trains can be heard off in the distance sometimes more obvious than others. Oddly, a couple of times we had people talking right next to our RV early in morning 6ish. What the?!?!? Our site was also right by a speed bump that didn’t slow anyone down. It just made an ear-splitting sound as they banged their car/RV/truck over it. We would stay here again for a night despite all the noise – although we’d ask for a site away from the overlooked speed bump.

The design of the park is great. Perfect and plentiful parking for several long rigs at checkin. Ample dumpsters, and large area for leaving trailers. Extra vehicle parking at the site and in several other locations.
We did not use the pool or other features but the pool service was busy cleaning while we were here.

Sites are level asphalt with beautiful grass all around. Not very crowded at all and we found it to have plenty of room to park truck. Bathrooms/showers we're very nice and clean. There is a large fenced in grass area for dogs. They have two laundry rooms and two swimming pools. Great WiFi and antenna tv. Park is extremely clean.

Crowded is an understatement! The spots are close, like camping in an oversized parking lot. With a big rig (we are 42'), driving down the streets was quite difficult, due to the many cars parked along the RV sites. We were just barely able to get into our spot. It seemed like this was a place where factory workers were living. Each RV site had 2 or 3 cars parked along it, along with furniture, bikes, tarps, etc. Thankfully, a lot of those workers left in the morning (for work) and we were able to pull our rig out, without having to ask people to move their cars (we would of had to otherwise).
The park was super clean and the staff was friendly. The sites are concrete and level, with some grass and decent hookups. They have a ton of amenities, like adult pool, family pool, gym, propane, trash pickup, etc. It is very pretty with a pond and lots of grass.
There was quite a bit of noise - we think it was from the nearby factories, but are not sure.
