Easy to get to. It’s by the air pumps. Has a water spigot next to it for a hose to connect to.

Easy access off of I-5 with plenty of room to turn around in the Denny’s parking lot behind the gas station.

In the past is was free and in a good location. After a remodel, it is located in difficult spot and now costs $ 7.00 to dump. Progress! I suppose worth it if you are desperate.
