A nice patch of dirt right off the highway to park your rig. It's really hard to find camping in Moab on short notice, and with the sun long gone it was nice to find this empty lot. A nice upgrade from a Walmart but definitely not what I would call camping. Super close to arches and Moab so points for location and convenience

We had electric only and it was $50 per night. Quiet except for road noise at national park “rush hour”. Gorgeous views. Clean sites. No bathrooms. Dump station. Close to town and national parks. Beautiful full moon rise views!! And of course sunrise and sunset views.

This is a relatively flat parking area on your right off the access road on the way to the very popular mountain biking trailhead. There is a homemade like fee station in the southwest corner of the lot.
We would have stayed here if there was not so much confusion about the property when we were trying to find a flat place out of the muddy Willow Springs area. Maybe next time!

We stayed here one night June, 22nd.It was very windy and you can hear the highway. Nobody else here. Overall very convenient location but probably trespassing on private ground.

There was a little “honor box” that asked for $5 parking fee for larger vehicles, so we paid the $15 for our three nights, just to keep things honest. It was worth every penny, since this site was right off of the highway and it poured rain one night and the road in/out was well maintained. Super central to Arches, Moab and Canyonlands.

Great convenient spot just off the road if you need a spot to sleep for the night

Both upper and lower lots $15 overnight which is cheaper than across highway. Might be worth it as a cheap pull over spot right next to the highway for the night considering the alternatives Moab.

We checked out the three other BLM spots near Arches and the data service was barely usable. Also, after having rocks kicked at as by what I assume were overcompensating drunken men on a variety of ATVs at TWO different BLM areas we decided this was not the family friendly environment we wanted.
As a result, we nearly skipped Arches but as a last option we were pleasantly surprised to find this location. There was only one other camper in the area. It was far enough off the highway nearly all of the noise and high winds were suppressed. An additional bonus was we found minimal broken glass in this area. There is also a higher section that had several Class A rigs parked throughout the week, but if you don't mind driving down a slight decline you can avoid the wind and noise of the highway and you'll likely be alone.
The only downside to this site is the internet was still a bit slow which required a booster to work from for the week.
Note: When you first pull off the highway there is a small red sign reading, "No Camping Beyond This Point" but considering this is Moab rules are not really a thing that are followed.
Verizon: 6/1 Mbps (boosted)
T-Mobile: 8/2 Mbps (boosted)
