Staff were fantastic right from the start, eager to be helpful and full of good local info. Our site had a big tree, which offered some relief from the extreme heat during two days of our stay, but our Starlink still worked well. A general atmosphere of friendly camaraderie each time we got new "neighbors." Single drawback was the road noise. In all honesty, the road noise was intrusive. Not a stopper for staying again, though.
Only used a dryer in the laundry room ($2), which dried a very big load of laundry.

The staff is awesome.
If you like riding bikes, this is the place. The bike path is just out of the gate . Very cool ride.
Park is clean, nice spots. Town is accessible to everything.

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in the site #109, a FHU, BI site for $55/night with a Good Sam discount. GPS didn’t quite get me into the park. Note that the campground is on the other side of an underpass and the signage is not good. I used the coordinates from Campendium and they only took me to the industrial area on the near side of the underpass. I crossed my fingers and kept driving since that was the only place that looked possible for the CG to be located. The road and sites are asphalt. It was easy to navigate inside the park and the sites were level. Sites are very close together with some having only a few feet between their back end and their neighbor’s back so there was no privacy at all. Lots of road noise and it is located on an airport flight path. Good shade, strong water pressure – be sure to use a regulator. Wifi was okay until the evening. 2-4 bars LTE Verizon and I didn’t check OTA channels. Laundry room was on the dirty side - $2W/$2D and had a large laundry sink. I didn’t check the bathhouse. They filled propane tanks and it was a very good price at the time. It was okay for a short stay to visit historic sites. The campground needed some TLC – several things were not working: ATM, sprinklers, several washers and dryers. The people at the desk were really nice and helpful.

“Convenient”

We got here after hours late on Saturday evening, no problem checking in and a manager actually came to greet us. Of note, The roads inside the campgrounds are in absolutely horrendous condition. The pot holes are enough to rattle your teeth at 5 MPH and the over grown trees make the turmoil a lot more difficult than need be.

The park is located not far from I 15 and Route 87 (10th Ave South). There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are paved and appear to be in good condition.
Our site, 74, was a gravel based pull through that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. We opted to only use electricity thus we did not pay full price for this site. Distancing is good for an urban park. Each site has a table and maybe a fire pit. It was very snowy so I am not certain. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park appeared to be well manicured.
The park included wifi worked well.. We did not attempt any streaming but it seemed quite robust. . There is no cable TV but we did find plenty OTA channels. Satellite will not be difficult in the area we were placed. We did not use the washrooms or showers nor did we check their conditions. There is small convenience store as well as propane sales on site.
There are no restaurants or grocery stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good overnighter. We paid $39.37 inc tax with GS discount per night and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

Cluttered sites, dog poop all over, noisy permanent residents. Kids riding dirt bikes, screaming kids, dogs off leash and barking non stop when we were out walking….

Park is a little rundown or it would get 5 stars. There are a lot of permanent residents but they keep several sites open for travelers. There is some freeway noise but it’s not too bad. New owners are in the process of making upgrades. Not a resort park but great stopover for a day or two. Staff is very accommodating.
